CommUNITY Fall Fest

Church Family,

Following is a message from Leah who has been working with other churches in our area to coordinate the CommUNITY Fall Fest that is happening at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds on Saturday, November 7 from 4-7p.m.  They still need some volunteers in a few areas.  Check out the in information below, and see where you can help.  Use the link below to volunteer or the attached QR code to sign up to take soup or chili.

The main area of volunteer needs for 1-hour shifts is:

Bounce house obstacle course attendants - 4 people at the station - 2 for getting waivers signed, 1 to tell them when to start, & 1 signally when people are off Prayer tent - Basically be available.

Scarecrow making attendants - Keep the area in order.

Face painting - Self-explanatory.  Paint and brushes will be provided, if needed.

Old clothes and pillow cases.  Collection point is the right-side vestibule (toward Crossroad Station).

 

Chili & Soup entries - QR code attached or just call Leah at 717-860-3992.
