SFCOG Prayer Update

Hello Church Family,

Here are a few updates for your prayers as we begin a new week:

  • Praise the Lord that Pastor Gary was discharged from Hershey Hospital yesterday. Continue to pray for comfort, healing, and perseverance.

  • Mima Willis has begun PT following her knee replacement and reports that it is challenging, but she can feel the benefits. She also said she received a positive and encouraging report from her doctors, and she cherishes the work of all her prayer warriors.

  • Virginia Sailhamer has been bed confined for the past two weeks, and her family expects that she will soon be called home to her Lord. Pray for her Son, Willis, as he stays with her and cares for her, and for all of her family and friends during this time.

  • Continue to remember the families of Loretta Clouse and Don Uglow Jr. as they grieve their passings.

Thank you for your united prayers on behalf of our church family.

As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

--Ephesians 4:1-6
