We are still planning to hold our Community Night events at 6:30 as planned, but we wanted to update you about our parking lot conditions:
Our trustees always do a great job caring for our parking lots and facilities, but these extreme temperatures and winds have brought some challenges. The parking lot has been plowed, the sidewalks were cleared, and everything has been salted, but there are still some persistent patches of ice in the parking lots, especially at the Annex near the alleyway where the snow had been packed down and frozen. There also continues to be some drifting and refreezing on the sidewalk that passes between the main church building and Cross Roads Station, mostly near the back of the building. Please be careful if walking through these areas, and exercise caution when deciding to venture out this evening.
Also note that Choir Practice is Cancelled for tonight since the temperatures will be dropping.
