A few clarifications & corrections regarding some upcoming Outreach opportunities—
This weekend, you can invite your friends, family, & neighbors to Knoebels on Saturday (July 22). If you’d like to meet up with folks from our church, go to the Ferris Wheel at noon and look for the guy with the Big Green Hat! The park is free to enter and you can purchase tickets for rides.
The Rickett’s Glen Hike is actually this Sunday, not Saturday. You can consider attending worship at 8:30 and then caravanning to the park afterwards. Meet at Glens Lot Trailhead (420 PA-118, Sweet Valley, PA 17814) at noon and pack a picnic lunch. Look for the Big Green Hat! Please note, this is a difficult hike, and cell service is limited.
The Abandoned Turnpike Tunnel Hike is Saturday August 5th. The trailhead is in Breezewood, PA, but you can meet up at the church parking lot at 9:00am to travel together. This is a more level and moderate hike.
These events are designed as a fun way to invite your friends and family for shared time together while enjoying God’s Creation!
