Wanted to share the good news! Phil and Shayna Byers are proud parents of Seraphina Grace Byers, born July 24, weighing 8 lbs. 5 ozs. and is 21 in. long. Seraphina joins big brother James and big sister Nicole.
Congratulations to grandparents, Sam and Kristin Byers!
Let us rejoice with them!
