SFCOG prayer updates

Hello church family,

Carol Davis' service will be on Saturday, July 19 at 11:00 at Fogelsanger Bricker, with a viewing at 10:00. Continue to hold her family in prayer as they mourn her passing.

An update from Jon Scott regarding his grandfather:

"Prayer worked because he's doing great. they're talking about sending him to a nursing home for a short period before he goes back home. He's doing so well already. Thank you, church family for your prayers, they were received and they were effective."

Pray for our CGGC triennial conference this week as ministry leaders from around the world meet to worship, celebrate, and conduct business together. A group from SFCOG had the privilege to tour some of the historical locations from the early day of our denomination in celebration of our 200 year anniversary, and to worship God together as we pray for continued opportunities to minister to the world in the name of Jesus.

"If I would be a child of God,
I surely must obey his word;
With cheerful heart and willing mind,
To all his precepts be inclined.
O blessed Redeemer!
Thou who has died for me;
Whatever thy will may be, dear Lord,
I'll gladly follow thee."

Have a blessed week,
Pastor Rodney
