Help Needed on Saturday for VBS Set Up

Below is a message from our Children’s Ministries Coordinators regarding help they need on Saturday with set up for VBS.

Dear Church Family,

Can you believe VBS starts this Sunday!  We are busy working to transform the church into a place to Magnify the “Bigness of God in the Smallest of Things.”

If anyone is available Saturday, we are in need of help with many things including the following (just to name few):

            Continue clearing & setting up the stage in the sanctuary (chairs, music stands etc.)

            Clearing out classrooms (to a point) that will be used for VBS & setting up supplies.

            Setting up tables & chairs in Crossroads Station

            Setting up different props & decorations.

            Other things as needed.

We will be starting at 10:00 am on Saturday and any amount of time you would be available to help, would be greatly appreciated.

Currently we have 46 kids pre-registered and are expecting more by Sunday.

We also, appreciate your prayers for VBS as all the volunteers prepare and get ready to share the love of Jesus with kids from our church and community.
