SFCOG services proceeding for 2/22

Good morning, Church Family,

Our church leadership has decided to proceed with our services with the assumption that some may wish to worship from home today, and that is understandable. As always, please use your own discretion, and feel free to utilize the live stream if you prefer:

Praises and Prayers!

 

We have a praise and a prayer all in one. We are thankful and give glory to God for resolving the insurance issues for Mary Gsell. Her shoulder surgery will now be Feb. 25^th.

 

The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Lamentations 3: 25-26

SFCOG prayer updates

Hello Church Family,

Please lift your hearts and souls in prayer for the following requests—

Jon Scott injured his foot and was unable to bear weight on it this morning, so he is being seen to determine the extent of the injury. Please pray for answers and for healing. 

Morgan Coover has had elevated blood pressure following her recent childbirth. 

Teddie Erickson is in the hospital with some health needs that will require surgery. Please keep her husband and their children in your prayers also. 

We also ask for prayer for Tom Hunsberger who teaches for the Bible Adventure release time ministry that meets in our building. Tom is facing some health challenges that will require further treatment. Keep the Bible Adventure ministry in prayer, and also pray for additional workers to serve, while praising the Lord because more children are coming to learn about the Gospel as they are taught about the scriptures. 

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

Tina and Randy Coover for their 7^th grandchild, Miles William Watson. Who was born last week. Miles’ parents are Morgan and Derrick.  Pray for  continued health for mom and baby.

 

JoEllen Koser’s friend’s father is home and doing well after surgery last week.
